Hi gang, haven't been around much lately. Actually, I'm spending the year in Leiden, the Netherlands. Last week I visited the Leiden Fly Tiers http://www.hackleplayers.nl/ and had a great time. Saw a new fly called the "Klinkhammer" that looked tasty - think parachute adams, but with deer hair hackle around the post.

Anyway, after the tying, they pumped me for information about my home waters and invited me to come back next week and do a little presentation... Funny how the word "Steelhead" is universal amongst fly fishers everywhere. Unfortunately, I didn't bring fishing pictures with me - even worse that not bringing rods!

So, if you've got a couple favorite shots, I would very much appreciate you sending them my way. They don't need to be big fish pictures - landscape, casting, rondi, bugs and flies or whatever would be great too. Not just the Rogue either, but the Klamath Basin as well (Wood, Williamson, lake, Keno, Clearwater, etc..). Let me know where it is.

I'll post this again on the Mighty Rogue page with my email address so I don't get spammed...

Thanks!

Mark

Andrew,

That's exactly what I tried last night and it didn't work.. now it does... so strange... well my friggin laptop has been acting up...

Thank you very much for the pictures... if you;ve got some high res - big file stuff go ahead and email them... I'll be projecting them "using the beamer" as they say over here.

Here a a couple of links to the local fly fishing scene over here. http://www.flickr.com/photos/dutchflygu ... 097112913/

Wow, the more I look at these the more I like them. They're great - from basic geographic reality of the region, to it rivers, its fishers, and its fish. Very nice selection Andy.

The oarsman lost it. Let go, and an oar popped out of the lock. Fortunately, it was tethered.
